It's enjoyable to watch IT turn from a continuous delivery tool to the tool it is not supposed to be, a change set delivery mechanism.

If only we had a good branching strategy that made sense.

Because the cost of my loyalty is one free mug, I endorse - though they probably should get some props for bending over backwards for our shitty implementation!

Tomorrow labor day is over, and with it I'll get to go back to change sets, and and failed deployments and dashed dreams and upset users.

We dreamed of a business owned tool that was nimble and sweet. We got an IT monstrosity. There goes our sweet experience. And the it just grows.
